Internet Explorer users will need the latest Java Virtual Machine which is available from this site by clicking here or from MicroSoft's site at http://www.microsoft.com/java. It is also recommended that you use IE 4.0 or greater. Internet Explorer users who do not have 128-bit encryption will need to click here to update their browser.

NetScape users should use NetScape Navigator 6.0 or greater with 128-bit encryption and have installed JRE 1.3 or higher (accessible through Custom Installation).

Tiara does not work on Macintosh platforms at this time. We hope to have this remedied soon. The web version of Tiara will not work under non Java compatible browsers such as WebTV. Linux users will be unable to see full text in the textfields due to known issues with the AWT. Due to a bug in the JVM distributed with IE 5.0X, most IE users will have to upgrade their JVM. The most notable symptom is seeing the text "Please wait while the program initializes." and nothing happens.
